Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our Workforce Global Support Services (WGSS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing personnel, and ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include coaching and developing team members, implementing process improvements, and upholding high customer satisfaction standards. Additionally, the Supervisor will track performance metrics and report on team accomplishments.

Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive work environment. A background in workforce management is preferred.
