Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Temenos T24 System Analyst (Functional) located in Karachi. The Temenos T24 System Analyst (Functional) will be responsible for analyzing, designing, supporting, and implementing solutions in Temenos T24 CORE Banking system. The Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, propose and execute solutions, and provide expertise in the areas of Temenos T24 configuration, mapping, and parameterization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
• The applicant must be quick, witty, sharp, genius, intellectual, and a go-getter

• 2-3 years of experience in the system analysis and support of Temenos T24 CORE banking system
• Strong functional knowledge of various banking modules in Temenos T24 including AA, Trade, Lending

• Experience in configuring core and system parameters in T24

Experience in Temenos Helpdesk coordination and ticket resolution.

• Excellent understanding of interfaces, workflows, and reports in T24
• Experience in designing, creating, and executing test cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in working with international clients and cross-functional teams is a plus
• Temenos T24 certification is a plus
