Job Responsibilities:
– Review and shortlist resumes in the Applicant Tracking System with daily updates.
– Provide support in the recruitment process by managing a high volume of resumes.
– Coordinate interview schedules promptly with candidates.
– Accurately maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year experience in retail recruitment.
– Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment practices.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
