Job Description
StudyWise/The Migration is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee essential HR functions, promote employee success, and ensure seamless HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle to attract and retain top talent.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective conflict resolution.
- Implement performance management initiatives.
- Administer attendance and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR data.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR software are required.
