Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly-skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team as a Team Lead. This position requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to lead a team of software developers in the successful delivery of projects.
As a Senior Software Developer – Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of software developers, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and establish project timelines and deliverables.
- Providing technical expertise and hands-on coding support to the team when necessary.
- Reviewing code and ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security measures.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, and mentoring the team in adopting new tools and methodologies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, with a focus on web and mobile applications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
