We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll for employees at U.S.-based cellphone retail stores, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your duties will include calculating salaries, commissions, and bonuses, as well as reconciling payroll data and managing deductions. You will maintain employee records, assist with onboarding new hires, and collaborate with store managers to confirm hours worked and bonuses earned.
Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years in payroll administration and 1 year in a U.S. back office environment is necessary. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with payroll or HR software is crucial.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month.
