Job Description
As Pentagon Food Group Ltd continues to grow, we are excited to announce openings in our Tele-sales department! We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives / Telesales Officers to join our on-site team in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time role presents an engaging work environment where you can make a difference.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in spoken English
- Previous call center experience is advantageous
- Familiarity with sales strategies
- Experience in churn management is preferred
We offer a competitive salary ranging from PKR 55,00 to 60,00/month along with additional benefits.
