We are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to become a key member of our HR team. This role will involve key functions such as payroll management, attendance tracking, handling employee grievances, and overseeing performance management while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance reporting.
- Oversee attendance systems and address employee grievances.
- Support performance management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems is preferred.
