Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is actively seeking a motivated Customer Relations Officer to become a part of our dynamic team in Islamabad. This position is essential for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer is a plus.
Working Hours: 8-hour rotational shifts, six days a week.

Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs42,00.00 per month.
Location: In-person at our Islamabad office.
