Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is looking for a dedicated Senior IT Support Officer to strengthen our IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Windows client operating systems. Daily user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and employing advanced techniques for efficient laptop and desktop deployments will be key tasks. In addition, managing IT inventory and configuring both network and local printers are integral responsibilities.
Essential qualifications include exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities. A graduate degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred, alongside a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
This is a full-time position that requires on-site work.
