Job Description
Hi Volts Guitar Shop is looking for a results-oriented female HR Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and retaining top talent, facilitating employee training programs, managing payroll, and overseeing performance evaluations.
Qualifications: Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, a Bachelor’s degree, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and marketing. Two professional references are required.
Job Hours: 12 PM to 8 PM or 10 PM. Salary: Rs. 45,00.00 – Rs. 70,00.00 per month.
