As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our client base, and fostering strong client relationships in both the BPO and software sectors. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at generating leads, conducting cold calls, and closing deals.
Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the BPO and software domains.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introduce company services, and nurture leads to qualify prospects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and understanding client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create customized proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
- Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and work towards successfully closing sales deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive.
- Strong understanding of BPO and software services, market trends, and client needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales deals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
