Job Description
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving non-retail sales targets through market visits and promoting our innovative paint products. Your key responsibilities will include establishing new 3S centers and dealerships, nurturing dealer relationships, and monitoring industry trends to drive sales growth.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience: 1-2 years in sales, ideally in the paint or automotive industry.
Compensation: A fixed monthly salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs55,00.00, in addition to performance incentives, allowances, and benefits.
