We are looking for a meticulous Operations Executive to oversee night shift operations at our U.S.-based facilities, working remotely from our back-office operations center. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills and strong remote management abilities, emphasizing problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor operational activities to ensure business continuity during night shifts.
- Coordinate with vendors to address maintenance and operational needs.
- Respond to issues and emergencies with prompt resolutions.
- Prepare comprehensive end-of-shift reports for smooth handover.
