Job Description

Shift: Night (On-site) | 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Innov8 Tech is looking for a motivated HR & Media Assistant to enhance our human resources and media management initiatives. In this role, you will support recruitment and onboarding processes while ensuring adherence to HR policies. You will also be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across various social media platforms, monitoring trends, and overseeing community interactions.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR processes and social media management, and a creative mindset.
Salary starts at Rs40,00.00 per month.
