Job Description
ACE MARKETING is currently looking for friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Centre team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). In this role, you will provide exceptional service by assisting customers with booking travel accommodations, answering inquiries about our resorts, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate | O Level | Bachelor’s Required
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional communication skills
