Job Description
Techno Studio UK is on the lookout for a skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our USA-based clientele. The ideal applicant should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, specifically with USA clients, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of CSR experience, preferably with USA clients
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software
- Able to work various shifts aligned with USA time zones
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
