Job Description
Nova Care Pvt. Ltd is actively seeking a meticulous and proactive Compliance Executive with a strong background in the retail pharmacy sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest ethical standards within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with DRAP regulations and drug laws.
- Conduct internal audits and develop corrective action plans as needed.
- Provide training to staff on compliance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance within the pharmacy sector.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and best practices.
