Job Description
SHADES OF ZARA is on the lookout for a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to steer our company forward. The ideal candidate will establish our company’s vision and mission while formulating an annual growth strategy. You will oversee all department heads—including Production, E-commerce, Marketing, and Finance—ensuring alignment with our goals.
Preferred candidates should possess extensive experience in fashion manufacturing and e-commerce operations, demonstrating a successful track record in business scaling and effective team leadership. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and a solid foundation in financial planning are essential.
This is a full-time contract role for 11 months, with a starting salary of Rs 100,00.00 per month. The position requires in-person work.
