Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer incoming customer calls.
- Effectively resolve customer queries with accurate information.
- Process customer orders and manage payment verification.
- Keep customer accounts updated with pertinent information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs45,00 (including performance-based incentives)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
