Job Description
Leads Expert BPO is on the lookout for dynamic and confident individuals to join our team as Call Center Verifiers. The successful candidates will play a vital role in making outbound calls to confirm client details, address inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Salary: Starting at PKR 60,00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to verify customer information.
- Provide precise answers tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
- Upsell products and services as appropriate.
- Deliver outstanding service while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
