Your Role:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Effectively communicate complex genetic information.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
- ✔ Intermediate proficiency in English is required.
- ✔ Fluency in English is essential.
- ✔ Basic technical skills (CRM and MS Office).
- ✔ Previous experience in the DME or call center industries.
- ✔ Understanding of Immune, Neuro, and CGX fields.
Salary: PKR 30,00 plus bonuses and commissions.
