Job Description
Horizon Technologies is currently looking for a committed Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will handle customer questions with professionalism, process returns and refunds efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle returns and issue refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Aim to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications: A minimum of 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Location: Karachi, On-site evening shift.
Compensation: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
