Job Description
Mars Junction, a division of Mars BPO PVT LTD, is seeking a committed IT Assistant to join our Gulzar-e-Quaid branch in Rawalpindi. This full-time position features night shifts and plays a crucial role in supporting our BPO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and maintaining workstations and networking systems.
- Installing and managing operating systems and specialized software.
- Implementing system security and data backup protocols.
- Providing immediate technical assistance to staff as needed.
Requirements: A minimum of one year of experience in a BPO IT environment, strong skills in hardware and networking, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
