Job Description
Gourmet Foods is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager to join our HR Payroll department. In this role, you will ensure the precise and timely processing of salaries, factoring in attendance, leave, and overtime. Your responsibilities will also include managing legal deductions, overseeing final settlements for departing employees, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (a Master’s in Human Resource Management or an MBA with a focus on HR is preferred) and have 5-6 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years specifically in payroll management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
