Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers invites applications for the position of Calling Agent. We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented individual to enhance our team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing detailed product information, and supporting sales or collections initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for sales and follow-ups.
- Manage inbound calls and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Deliver precise information regarding products and services.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve call targets.
Requirements: A high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), experience in telecalling is an advantage, and excellent communication skills.
