Job Description
3 & Four Technologies is in search of a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our daily HR operations. This position involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and benefits administration, ensuring that all HR processes are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Facilitate new-hire orientation and maintain precise employee records.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
