Job Description
Joyland Ltd is on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused individual for the role of Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should possess 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and a minimum of an Intermediate qualification, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary: PKR 40,00 – PKR 45,00 per month
Work Schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM, six days a week
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include addressing customer queries, managing complaints, maintaining logs, and aiding in on-site registrations. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
