Job Description
Sachi Chakki Khidmat is currently seeking a skilled and confident Female Call Center Agent to join our vibrant team in Ichhra, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and at least one year of experience in a domestic call center setting.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of one year experience in a domestic call center.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
