Job Description
MGA Industries Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a committed Night Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at our sheet metal and automotive manufacturing facility during the night shift. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience in production management and will report directly to the Night Shift Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage night shift production activities
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are achieved
- Monitor employee attendance and uphold workplace discipline
- Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams
- Maintain safety and operational efficiency
- Prepare and submit comprehensive end-of-shift reports
Compensation: Rs 55,00.00 – Rs 60,00.00/month | Employment Type: Full-time
