Job Description
Feroz Engineering & Construction is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage the execution of various construction and renovation projects. This is a hands-on position that requires in-depth knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQs), technical drawings, and effective site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily civil works in accordance with architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare and validate BOQs, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), and project estimates.
- Coordinate labor and materials to ensure timely project completion.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
Eligibility: A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil site supervision is required.
Salary: Monthly compensation ranges from PKR 45,00 to 55,00, depending on experience.
