Job Description
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours)
Delta Gulf LLC is seeking a skilled MEP Estimator to join our team for US construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess robust Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing estimation skills, along with a proven ability to mentor junior estimators while working under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review construction drawings and specifications.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers.
- Lead and mentor junior estimators.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years of MEP estimation experience, and strong analytical skills are essential.
