Job Description
Machineintelligence6 is seeking a dedicated Accounts & Admin Officer to oversee financial and office administration duties. The ideal candidate will record daily transactions, manage invoices, maintain financial records, and assist with reporting. Additionally, responsibilities include organizing office files, managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and supporting HR tasks such as attendance tracking and travel arrangements. The role also requires providing administrative support to management during meetings.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts or administrative roles. Proficiency in MS Office is essential; knowledge of accounting software is a plus. The candidate should be organized, reliable, and possess strong communication skills.
