Job Description
Octet Solutions is looking for a committed HR Assistant to oversee HR functions and facilitate training programs for our front-end and back-end operations. Key responsibilities include conducting team satisfaction surveys, managing employee training, processing payroll, and assisting with hiring and offboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience
- Experience in hospitality or retail is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PST (Night Shift), Location: Lahore
Compensation: Rs 50,00.00 per month plus a Rs 10,00 fuel allowance.
