Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Representative. The Call Representative will receive and make phone calls to handle customer inquiries and complaints. They will enter accurate data into computer systems, maintain records of customer interaction, and communicate with customers via email. The Call Representative will also provide feedback to the team to help improve processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with computer systems and data entry proficiency
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred
