Job Description
Horyzon Zero Service is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Karachi. In this position, you will provide assistance to customers and transporters via live chat and email, handling inquiries about shipments, payments, and various platform-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email.
- Deliver accurate information regarding shipment statuses.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate them as required.
- Maintain comprehensive chat records within the CRM system.
- Achieve performance goals related to response times.
Requirements: Candidates should have intermediate education, 1-2 years of relevant experience, exceptional written English skills, computer proficiency, multitasking capabilities, and a readiness to work shifts.
