Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD is actively seeking a qualified Human Resources Executive to become an integral part of our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will oversee the onboarding and orientation processes for new staff, ensure that selected candidates are fully informed regarding required documentation, and assist them in completing recruitment packs. Additional responsibilities include conducting exit interviews, ensuring the timely completion of EMF gratuity DSR and cheque files, and maintaining accurate staff records on the client’s administrative portal.
Candidates should possess a BBA/MBA in HR, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Office. Strong administrative skills are essential. This is a full-time, in-person position.
