Job Description
Aklikx Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and fluent English speaker with a background in international customer service or telesales, ideally from US or Canadian campaigns. In this role, you will enhance our growing home security and automation services by managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients throughout the installation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communication effectively.
- Schedule technician visits and installation appointments.
- Follow up with potential clients to secure sales.
- Update CRM systems and maintain comprehensive notes.
- Achieve weekly targets for bookings and conversions.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs90,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
