Job Description
Hurak, a prominent EdTech company renowned for its compliance training solutions, is on the lookout for a Customer Support Team Lead to become a vital part of our Lahore team. With over 12 years of industry experience, we are actively expanding our global presence.
Position Details: This is a full-time, on-site role located in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, with working hours from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Enhance overall customer engagement and experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a team leadership role.
Salary: Rs90,00 – Rs130,00 per month.
