Job Description
ASK Development is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our Chat Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions through online support channels. Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers via live chat, managing inbound calls, and responding to emails professionally.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- A strong team player who is adaptable to various shifts.
Location: DHA Phase 7
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs45,00 per month
