Job Description
Location: Onsite — Raiwind Road, Lahore

Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Devflovv is currently in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide support to our dental healthcare client. The primary responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and offering administrative assistance.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess outstanding English communication skills and prior customer service experience, ideally within the healthcare sector. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is essential. Applicants must be prepared to work during night shifts.
