Job Description
NISAR SYNTHETIC LIMITED is actively seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Assistant Manager, Human Resources. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of relevant experience, a degree in a related field, and a strong background in manufacturing.
Essential qualifications include proficiency in computer skills, a solid understanding of organizational development and labor laws, along with hands-on experience in operations. Additionally, candidates should have expertise in onboarding, official communications, recruitment, and comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs80,00.00 to Rs120,00.00. The work will be conducted in person. The application deadline is October 20, 2025.
