Job Description
We’re an IT services company, Atlaxer, looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in Quality Control, Code Management, and Technical Expertise. As a Project Manager, you’ll have various responsibilities, from ensuring code quality to assisting in technical recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control:
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures for projects in development.
- Ensure adherence to clean code practices and coding standards.
- Stakeholder Meetings:
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Act as the central point of contact for project-related inquiries.
- Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate solid coding expertise and serve as the go-to person for technical queries.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Recruitment and Evaluation:
- Assist in the recruitment process by conducting technical evaluations and code reviews for potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to build a high-performing and skilled development team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT services sector.
- Strong coding expertise with a focus on code quality and clean code procedures.
- Experience in technical recruitment and conducting code evaluations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with a range of projects, from WordPress development to advanced web and desktop applications.
Compensation will increase based on performance and will include bonuses.
