Job Description
We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily administrative tasks, supporting procurement activities, and managing vendor communication. The candidate will also help maintain inventory records, coordinate with IT for troubleshooting and equipment needs, and assist in drafting internal documents and reports. Additionally, the role involves scheduling meetings and coordinating events.
