Job Description
Canon Home Appliances is actively seeking a committed Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Service Head Office. This full-time position entails the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly service reports, coordination of meetings, and essential administrative support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry of customer complaints, conducting gap analyses, managing internal inquiries, and holding daily meetings with staff, particularly technicians.
