Job Description
AUTO CONNECT is on the lookout for a committed HR Assistant to enhance our team. In this vital role, you will support daily HR operations, provide essential administrative assistance, and maintain employee records. Key responsibilities include processing documentation, coordinating HR initiatives, and facilitating payroll preparation. Additionally, you will assist in sourcing candidates and conducting initial orientations for new hires.
The ideal candidate will possess swift typing skills, a foundational understanding of labor laws, and exceptional communication abilities. This full-time position operates from 1 PM to 10 PM, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs25,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
