Job Description
Tekboox, a prominent IT company based in the United States, is actively searching for a committed Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer support to our healthcare clients and manage patient scheduling for U.S.-based doctors.
Your primary responsibilities will include understanding various insurance providers and their plans, being familiar with EMR/EHR and medical billing systems, and showcasing your exceptional communication and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate should have up to 2 years of professional experience, excellent spoken and written English skills, and a preference for educational backgrounds in O/A Levels or IELTS certification.
Job Location: DHA, Lahore. Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM), Onsite, 5 days a week.
