Job Description
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
About the Role: Hirely Consultants is seeking a meticulous Admin Assistant to enhance daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage attendance records.
- Assist with office management tasks.
- Support the implementation of administrative policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate office visits.
- Handle documentation and filing efficiently.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma, 1-2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time; Compensation: Starting at Rs40,00/month.
