Job Description
Cube Discipline is currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar across multiple time zones, coordinating communications, and preparing detailed reports and presentations. Your tasks will also include assisting with follow-ups, taking meeting notes, and conducting thorough online research.
This is a full-time position that requires in-person attendance.
