Job Description
AdalFi, a pioneering fintech company transforming digital lending in Pakistan, is looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the Software and IT sectors.
The successful applicant will oversee the entire recruitment process, effectively source candidates through various channels, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet their specific needs. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, along with practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
